2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester Horizontal Transfer Application Evaluation Results

•  Students who have earned the right to transfer must complete their registration (Main) on September 9-10, 2024, during working hours, by PERSONALLY APPLYING TO OUR FACULTY'S STUDENT AFFAIRS UNIT OR THROUGH A PROXY APPOINTED BY A NOTARY.
• Students applying for transfer are responsible for the documents they submit. If any irregularities are detected, their registration will be canceled even if they have already registered.
• Our university is authorized to take necessary legal actions against candidates who register with false statements.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE BROUGHT FOR REGISTRATION
•  Certified Copy of High School Diploma
•  Photocopy of Identity Card
•  1 passport-sized photograph
•  Student Identity Card from the University they are transferring from

.  Document Indicating No Objection to Transfer (The student will obtain this from their current school.)

THE ORIGINALS OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS UPLOADED DURING THE APPLICATION MUST BE PRESENTED DURING REGISTRATION.

•  ÖSYM exam result document (Document containing all score types)

•  ÖSYM placement result document

•  Certified student certificate (Documents obtained from the e-Government system are also accepted.)

•  Certified transcript document (Documents obtained from the e-Government system are also accepted.)

•  Certified document indicating disciplinary status (If indicated on the Transcript Document or Student Certificate, the same document is accepted.)
•  Course contents (They will write the link to the page containing the course contents of the university they are enrolled in.)

•   Document indicating that they are in the top 10% in terms of success (Students applying from second education to first education will upload this.)

•   A letter indicating that there is no obstacle to the transfer and that no transfer has been made with the central placement score before.
•     Students applying for transfer to programs with a compulsory preparatory class must provide a document indicating that they have passed the preparatory class at their previous school or have obtained a passing score in a national or international foreign language exam recognized as equivalent by the Interuniversity Board. (If available)
